Cooking Instructions

  1. Place carrots and beans separately in boiling water for 10 seconds and blanch.
  2. Heat thick bottom pan with oil and sauté all the vegetables on medium fire until half done.
  3. Add 100ml water (3/4 cup) and Knorr Chinese Vegetable Chopsuey pack, bring to boil and simmer for few minutes. Garnish with spring onions.
