Massaman Chicken Curry
Thai inspired dish. Delicious chunks of chicken in a creamy coconut curry boasting bold spices, flavours, colour and taste.

Ingredients
- 250g chicken, cut in to medium cubes
- 1 packet, Knorr Nasi Mix
- 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 1 tablespoon Astra
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 stalk lemongrass, sliced
- 1 cup thick coconut milk
- 1 lime, juiced Lime juice of
- 1 tablespoon shrimp paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Melt Astra in a pan. Add onion, ginger and lemongrass. Sauté till fragrant.
- Add the chicken, Knorr Nasi Mix, Knorr Chicken Cube, chili powder, shrimp paste and thick coconut milk. Cook on low heat till chicken is tender and gravy is thick.
- Finally add the lime juice and season to taste with salt. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Chef’s Tip:
To make the gravy extra thick and to enhance the flavor, add 50g of pureed cashew or peanut paste.
