Devilled Fish
Delicious portions of fried fish, perfectly cooked in a spicy tomato, onion and capsicum sauce. A Lankan favourite that is easy to whip up!

Ingredients
- 500g fish
- 1 packet Devilled Mix Pack
- 1 onion, wedges
- 1 tomato, wedges
- 2 capsicums, sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ chopped green chili
- 2 cloves, garlic, chopped
- ½ inch piece ginger, chopped
- 2 inch piece pandan leaf
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
- Marinate fish with a pinch of turmeric, chili powder, pepper powder and salt. Fry till golden and set aside.
- In a separate pan, add coconut oil. Next add garlic, ginger, pandan leaf and green chili. Sauté till fragrant. Add fried fish, sugar, water and the Knorr Devilled Mix pack. Stir well.
- Now add onion and capsicum. Stir well till the sauce thickens. Finally, add tomato and take off from heat. Serve hot.

Use tuna seer or similar fish for a perfect texture.
