Nasi Goreng Mix

Ingredients
- Rice 300g
- Coconut Oil -3tbsp
- Chicken Small cuts -50g
- Eggs-2
- Chopped Carrot-1/2
- Onion-1
- Garlic -2 cloves
- Ginger-1 tsp
- Little amount of Finely cut Spring Onion
- Knorr Nasi Goreng Mix Pack-1
METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion and saute till fragrant
- Add chicken, saute for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble
- Add carrot and spring onion and saute. Add cooked rice, Nasi Goreng Mix and cook for 20 seconds.
