Chicken jalferezi with naan

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken breast
- 2 Knorr seasoning Cubes
- 150g onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 200g tomato, chopped
- 25g Astra
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon masala powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Cut chicken in to cubes.
- Heat Astra in a pan and add garlic, ginger and green chili. Sauté till fragrant.
- Then add onion and tomato and cook till oil separates
- Now add chicken and mix well to combine. Add the Knorr cubes and stir well to mix
- Add turmeric, chili powder, pepper, cumin powder and masala powder and cook till chicken is cooked. Mix in water.
- Bring to boil till gravy becomes bubbly. Adjust seasoning.
- Add coriander leaves on top and serve hot with naan.
