Onion Fry
Golden deep fried onions and crunchy peanuts mixed with chili and Maldive Fish. An irresistible combination of taste and texture.

Ingredients
- Finely Sliced Onions 500g
- Knorr Maldive Fish Powder 2 Packets
- Astra 3 Tablespoons
- Peanuts 200g
- Garlic 3 Cloves
- Crushed Ginger 1 Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves 1 Cup
- Chilli Pieces 10g
- Salt to Taste
- Oil for Frying
METHOD
- Deep fry Onions and Peanuts.
- Blanche the Curry Leaves in oil.
- Put the Astra into a pot and once it melts, add Ginger and Garlic and temper until fragrant.
- Now add the fried Onions, Peanuts and Curry Leaves, add Chilli Pieces and mix well.
- Sprinkle Knorr Maldive Fish Powder and stir slightly.
