Fish Chilithiyal
A unique twist to a traditional recipe, tuna and tamarind and chili combine to create an explosion of taste.

Ingredients
- 350g of Tuna fish
- 1 pkt of Knorr Chinese chili recipe mix
- 1 chopped small onion
- 2 cloves of chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp of Crushed pepper
- 1 tsp of Turmeric powder
- 300ml of Water
- 1 tbsp of Tamarind paste
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a pot. Cook on medium heat until water evaporates and the gravy coats the fish.
- Season to taste and serve hot as an aromatic side dish for your avurudu lunch table.
