Devilled Prawns
Hot and spicy succulent prawns with a mix onions, chilies and tomato. A yummy side dish or ‘bite’ for any time of the day.

Ingredients
- 500g prawns
- 1 packet Devilled Mix Pack
- 1 onion, wedges
- 1 tomato, wedges
- 2 capsicums, sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ chopped green chili
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ inch piece ginger, chopped
- 2 inch piece pandan leaf
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
- In a pan, add coconut oil. Add garlic, ginger, pandan leaf and green chili. Sauté till fragrant. Then add prawns and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add sugar, water and Knorr Devilled Mix Pack. Stir well.
- Now add the onions and capsicum. Stir well till the sauce thickens. Finally, add tomato and take off from heat. Serve hot.
