Nasi Goreng Mix

Indonesian inspired fried rice with a depth of flavour. Quick and easy wholesome dish for the entire family.

  • Rice 300g
  • Coconut Oil -3tbsp
  • Chicken Small cuts -50g
  • Eggs-2
  • Chopped Carrot-1/2
  • Onion-1
  • Garlic -2 cloves
  • Ginger-1 tsp
  • Little amount of Finely cut Spring Onion
  • Knorr Nasi Goreng Mix Pack-1


  • Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onion and saute till fragrant
  • Add chicken, saute for 2 minutes. Add eggs and scramble
  • Add carrot and spring onion and saute. Add cooked rice, Nasi Goreng Mix and cook for 20 seconds.
