Chicken jalferezi with naan

  • 500g boneless chicken breast
  • 2 Knorr seasoning Cubes
  • 150g onion
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 inch piece ginger, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 200g tomato, chopped
  • 25g Astra
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • Salt to taste


  • Cut chicken in to cubes.
  • Heat Astra in a pan and add garlic, ginger and green chili. Saut√© till fragrant.
  • Then add onion and tomato and cook till oil separates
  • Now add chicken and mix well to combine. Add the Knorr cubes and stir well to mix
  • Add turmeric, chili powder, pepper, cumin powder and masala powder and cook till chicken is cooked. Mix in water.
  • Bring to boil till gravy becomes bubbly. Adjust seasoning.
  • Add coriander leaves on top and serve hot with naan.
