Cheesy Two Potato Gratin
In a food processor, place the boiled potatoes, Astra, milk and blend to make a puree. Pour the mashed potato puree into a pan. Add to it, coarsely chopped sweet potato, chopped parsley, the Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder and 50g of parmesan cheese

Ingredients
- 400g boiled potatoes
- 300g sweet potato boiled
- 3 packets Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder
- 30g Astra
- 1 cup milk
- 150g grated parmesan cheese
- Handful of parsley
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a food processor, place the boiled potatoes, Astra, milk and blend to make a puree.
- Pour the mashed potato puree into a pan. Add to it, coarsely chopped sweet potato, chopped parsley, the Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder and 50g of parmesan cheese.
- Pour into a bakeware and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Preheat a moderate oven to 1800 C and bake the potato puree till the cheese melts on top and is golden in colour.

Chef’s Tip:
Choose orange colour sweet potato to enhance the colour of the dish. For a different flavour, add a small amount of white pepper for a spicy gratin.
