Corn and sausage Rice
A colourful rice dish with lots of flavour and texture enriched with the goodness of corn. Whip it up for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 250g boiled rice
- 150g kernel corn
- 100g chicken sausages
- 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
- 20g Astra
- 1 cup spring onion leaves
- Pepper to taste
METHOD
- Melt the Astra in a pan. Add the sausages and fry for a few minutes. Then, add the kernel corn and the Knorr Chicken Cube. Mix well to combine.
- Add the cooked rice together with the spring onion leaves and season with pepper.
- Toss or mix well and serve hot.

You can substitute the sausages with any other meat.
