His love for spices from India, fresh ingredients and homemade chicken curry cooked by his own mum inspired him to become the experienced and multi-talented chef he is today. Chef Jatin has travelled to every nook and cranny of India and has cooked in many famous hotel kitchens in different regions of India. Being exposed to Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai and Italian cuisines through his years of experience at the Taj Group of Hotels, Chef Jatin brings his diverse understanding of ingredients and flavour to Knorr’s kitchen.

Jatin Sethi is currently the Lead Innovation Chef for Knorr South Asia. With different exposures to global cuisines, Chef Jatin crafts recipes that embody the changing tastes of South Asians today. Working closely with the Sri Lankan Knorr Chef’s, he has been instrumental in developing products like Knorr Easy to Cook Chinese and Italian ranges as well as seasonings like Knorr Maldivefish Powder Mix and Chicken Powder Mix. He truly is a valuable member of the Knorr Team who helps to provide tasty and healthy food products and recipes, which keep true to their natural flavours and add diversity to your meals at home.
