Devilled Mix

Tender chunks of chicken in a hot and spicy marinade. Ideal with rice or any type of flat bread, naan or as is. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken -500g
  • Sliced Big Pieces of:
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1
  • Capsicum-2
  • Coconut Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Green Chili -1/2
  • Garlic - 2 Clove
  • Ginger (About 1/2" Piece)
  • Piece of Pandan Leaf
  • Sugar -2tsp
  • Water -1 Cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Knorr Devilled Mix Pack-1

METHOD

  • Fry the chicken as you normally do
  • Heat oil and add chopped green chili, pandan leaves, pounded garlic and ginger and stir fry on high flame for 5 minutes
  • Add water, sugar, salt and Devilled Mix pack and bring to boil. Cook till desired consistency. Add the fried chicken, onion, capsicum and tomato and mix well.
  • Chef's Tip:

    Not required to add Soy sauce or vinegar.
