- 300g sliced mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage, mushroom, spring onions),
- Knorr Chinese Vegetable Chopsuey Recipe Mix
- 10ml oil.
- Place carrots and beans separately in boiling water for 10 seconds and blanch.
- Heat thick bottom pan with oil and sauté all the vegetables on medium fire until half done.
- Add 100ml water (3/4 cup) and Knorr Chinese Vegetable Chopsuey pack, bring to boil and simmer for few minutes. Garnish with spring onions.
